Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Leonia, NJ is seeking Blending, Compression, and Encapsulation Operators for the 3rd shift to run manufacturing equipment and ensure product quality by following SOPs and GMPs. The positions require 0-2 years of factory experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be required; training provided; benefits include a 401k with company match and healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years experience in a factory environment.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to use basic digital devices (computers, iPad, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults; perform routine maintenance.
• Load/unload/set-up/clean/adjust/disassemble machinery as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to supervisor.
• Support overflow jobs in operations as needed.
• Follow cGMP and SOPs to meet manufacturing standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
