Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is hiring an Encapsulation Operator to operate machinery in a manufacturing setting, ensuring product quality and quantity by following SOPs and GMPs.

This 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 40 hours/week) requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic math, and English proficiency. Nestlé offers robust benefits, a competitive pay range, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of factory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add/sub/mul/div).
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• English reading/writing and basic instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot common machine faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Load, unload, set up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery.
• Maintain documentation and data entry with paper records, PCs and iPads.
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs.
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to supervisor.
• Support overflow tasks as needed.
