Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS, FDA, GMP, ISO 13485, and quality systems.
• Lead day-to-day production activities to meet schedules and customer needs.
• Directly supervise production associates and team leads; coach and develop staff.
• Support investigations, CAPAs, audits, and corrective actions; ensure right‑first‑time manufacturing.
• Lead Lean/continuous improvement projects and drive productivity improvements.
