The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3 years of medical device experience, with familiarity in validation, IQ/OQ/PQ, and change-control practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3 years medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with FDA regulations and validation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as SME for designated manufacturing processes.
• Drive OEE tracking and corrective action implementation.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and engineering specifications.
• Support validation and regulatory compliance activities.
