Qualifications
- 3rd Shift capability required
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of people leadership experience OR high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience leading a team
- Minimum of 6 years Manufacturing experience
- Computer literate - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Provide direction to support daily production plans, including manpower, work assignments, scheduling overtime, and training
- Drive daily schedule attainment to meet internal and external commitments with top quality at the lowest cost
- Drive safety, quality and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to resolve issues in manufacturing engineering, planning, quality
- Manage fulfillment / output aligned with department goals
- Arrange staffing to meet production schedules
- Support growth and development of employees with performance reviews
- Participate in Lean events and continuous improvement projects
