Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing or quality control environment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
• Experience in a materials testing laboratory or QA environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test samples exactly per established procedures with precision tools.
• Perform line in-process inspections and laboratory tests.
• Use precision inspection instruments such as micrometers and Hipot testers.
• Record inspection data and contribute to defect reporting.
• Adhere to safety protocols during electrical and thermal testing.
• Support extrusion operations about 20% of the time as needed.
