Job summary

Peak Nano is seeking multiple Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing team in Valley View, OH. You will contribute to film extrusion operations, follow procedures, and maintain safety and quality in daily manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities include documenting defects, handling materials, supporting changeovers, and maintaining organized workspaces. Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED) or 4+ years in manufacturing and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 4+ years in manufacturing.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills, concepts, and applications.
• Flexible and capable of adapting to change.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Experience operating tow motor and/or pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate discipline with procedures to ensure safety, quality, and consistency.
• Recognize and document defects or deviations from specifications.
• Adapt to evolving team structures and responsibilities as operations scale.
• Develop a mechanical understanding of the extrusion process for growth.
• Maintain organized workspaces to ease cleaning, inspection, and daily operations.
• Support film extrusion from tooling changes to metrology testing.
• Handle all material movements for raw materials, finished goods, and WIP.
