Job summary

Welch Packaging Group Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support finished product creation through machine operation, manual tasks and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will set up and adjust equipment, monitor production, perform quality checks, and assist team members while following all safety procedures. Prior manufacturing experience, especially in corrugated environments, is preferred, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

• Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Setup and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems throughout production run.
• Check box quality and print accuracy to meet specifications.
• Adhere to production schedule and report scheduling issues.
• Train and assist team members on machine duties.
• Comply with company policies and maintain good housekeeping.
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist equipment upkeep.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
