The position runs Sunday night through Thursday night, 10pm-6am, with a starting wage of $20.60 plus shift premium totaling $21.60 per hour. You will operate manual presses, ensure safety, and uphold ISO quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, basic mechanical understanding, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Training includes 30 days and potential overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual presses and properly stack parts.
• Ensure safe operation of presses and related equipment.
• Follow safety policies specific to Willard site.
• Adhere to ISO standards and procedures for quality.
• Complete 30-day training form to demonstrate equipment understanding.
• Identify concerns and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.
