McDonald’s in Batavia Township is expanding its family-owned restaurant management team. This Shift Manager role offers growth opportunities and a starting pay range of $16–$17 per hour.

You will open/close registers, ensure proper staffing, supervise tasks, resolve customer issues, and train new hires to maintain high service standards. The position emphasizes leadership, fast decision-making, and adherence to policy to deliver consistent, quality experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on company policies and practices.
• Experience with organizing and assigning shift tasks and holding staff members accountable for completion.

This is a family-owned McDonald's business, and we are looking to expand our talented restaurant management team!
