Jobot is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Wyoming, MI. You will keep the production floor running by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting diverse equipment, with a focus on safety and ISO/OSHA compliance.

This role offers a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and substantial benefits. We value hands-on experts with 2–3+ years in automotive/plastics maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency with CMMS Fiix and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
• Advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Proficient with CMMS (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending tooling/process changes.
• Perform inspections and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure safety via lockout/tagout and ISO/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Commit to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 compliance.
