Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. in Flint, MI seeks a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain structural foam presses, injection molding presses and all auxiliary equipment.

Responsibilities include PM, electrical/plumbing/HVAC, safety compliance, and cross-functional teamwork with production and tooling. Candidates should have 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience and strong mechanical/electrical skills, with own tools.

Qualifications

• Read/write English required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude essential.
• Experience with electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• General and preventative maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintenance of systems: air, water, vacuum, nitrogen, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical.
• Assisting in machine rebuilds and upgrades; daily troubleshooting and repair.
• Document repairs and PMs; basic/ emergency tool repair and fabrication of fixtures.
