Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
- Knowledge of robotics, mechanical, welding, and electrical systems.
- PLC troubleshooting and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
- Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7 controls.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Support production uptime and efficiency through preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Perform machine performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure equipment operates safely following lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
