Job summary

Voltava, a premier global manufacturing partner, seeks a Maintenance Technician in Warren, MI. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced setting to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Required: at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting and reading schematics, PLC experience (Allen Bradley/Siemens Step 7), hydraulics and pneumatics, and safety compliance. OT availability and ability to lift heavy items expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Analyze machine performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
