Job summary

Daniels Health in Wisconsin is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to service and maintain electro-mechanical equipment including the robotic washline, autoclaves, boilers, and related systems supporting site operations locally and regionally.

You will perform daily maintenance, lead on-site troubleshooting, and coordinate with parts and cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly and safely. This is a full-time role with long-term career potential at Daniels Health.

Qualifications

Experience with mechanical assemblies and production equipment.
Welding experience and basic repair work.
Electrical fault diagnosis and repair abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled machines.
Ability to work 3rd shift hours.

Responsibilities

Daily maintenance of equipment.
Hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
Coordinate with Service and Engineering to arrange spare parts, travel schedules and support.
Assemble, align, and install equipment and machine upgrades within timeline and budget.
Interface with cross functional work teams such as plant operations, global operations, and suppliers.
Communicate with Plant Managers to arrange downtime for maintenance activities.
Weekly reports of tasks completed and remaining.
Provide remote service assistance to get plants back in production quickly.
Maintain Washsmart inventory at Daniels locations with plant management.
