Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is hiring Off-Shift Maintenance Technicians for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am). You will maintain production equipment and ensure quality by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

Starting pay is $26.05 per hour with a skill-based range up to $37.77 per hour and a $1.25 per hour shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts, with opportunities for future increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent industrial experience.
• Experience with motor control circuits and familiarity with high voltages (3-phase).
• Shift flexibility to work second/third shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and quality by operating machinery and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair foundry/machine shop equipment; change parts and keep areas clean and safe.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; read blueprints and electrical schematics.
