Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical School Degree or equiv exp
• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes maintenance projects with minimal guidance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoots mechanical devices in operation; replaces defective parts.
• Operates shop machinery (lathe, drill press, grinders, saws, torch, welder) and uses hand/pneumatic tools.
• Installs/modifies hydraulic and pneumatic equipment as needed.
• Improves reliability and uptime; adopts preventive maintenance mindset.
• Operates forklift and hydraulic platform as needed.
• Researches parts/supplies for work orders and maintains inventory.
• Maintains maintenance records, logs, drawings, and manuals.
