Job summary

Clorox is hiring for an Engineering Maintenance role in Fairfield, CA. The team leads daily maintenance operations, manages budgets for parts and services, and aims for the highest equipment effectiveness.

Work hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with starting pay of $35.18 plus a $1.30 shift differential and strong growth potential. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, advanced troubleshooting (PLC, electrical, mechanical), multitasking, and leading a maintenance

Qualifications

Educational/Experiential Requirements: Advanced maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

Conduct Preventative Maintenance Activities on Production, Plant Utility Equipment and Building and Grounds.
Assist with Performing complex advanced Troubleshooting and Repairing of all Production and Plant Utility Equipment.
Plan and complete work using the PM and WO processes and all documentation systems supported by maintenance.
Generate work notifications; lead team efforts in parts storage reductions and other PM functions.
Advanced Troubleshooting and Repairing Production and Plant Utility Equipment.
Capital Projects support as needed.
Improvement Projects (Identify opportunities and complete efforts).
Committee Membership (varies).
