Job summary

Donaldson Company in Frankfort, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to work on production lines and machinery. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and perform welding and fabrication tasks in a climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment relocation, inventory control, and compliance with safety regulations. Overtime and shift differential apply with a gainsharing plan based on goals.

Qualifications

• Blueprints and schematics interpretation required.
• PLC concepts and electrical diagrams understanding needed.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems and motors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Arc and gas welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering as needed.
• Interpret blueprints for machines and buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate shop tools and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and inventory.
