Job summary

Daifuku North America is hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician III for our Hobart, Indiana facility. The role focuses on on-site maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, reading blueprints, troubleshooting equipment, and performing repairs with a strong emphasis on safety and quality documentation.

Must be able to work 9:00pm–5:30am and weekends as needed. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 2-year trade school certification or 5 years of industrial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year trade school certification and/or 5 years industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in accordance with Safety and OSHA requirements.
• Document work orders promptly in CMMS.
• Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and perform repairs.
• Install new or purchased equipment.
• Assist in maintenance planning with department managers.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; participate in emergency procedures.
