Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, can read schematics, use diagnostic equipment, and work well with a team, including on-call duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance or similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems; troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems promptly to minimize production interruptions.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and departments to coordinate activities and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
• Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and be available for on-call duties when required.
