Job summary

Toyotomi America Corporation in Springfield, KY is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for 3rd shift to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, grounds and equipment including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.

You will lead maintenance team members, troubleshoot production equipment such as stamping presses, robotic systems, welders, and controls, and ensure a safe, clean plant environment while supporting TAC goals.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude for mechanical, electrical, and electronics theory as applied to industrial maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electricity; ability to read schematics for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to work across multiple maintenance disciplines and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, grounds and related equipment.
• Maintain interior/exterior walls, doors, floors, lights, plumbing, HVAC systems and other plant infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including stamping presses, robotic systems and controls.
• Lead maintenance team members and coordinate activities to meet TAC goals.
• Ensure general plant appearance and safety through corrective actions and housekeeping.
