Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in related industrial maintenance roles that includes familiarity with hydraulics, mechanical, electrical machine control and/or PLCs
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial equipment; read and understand electrical and machine schematics
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. occasionally
• Computer skills – navigate various software, including manufacturing software and maintenance tracking systems
• US Person (meets ITAR/EAR requirements)

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains buildings, machinery, and mechanical equipment, including electrical functions.
• Observes devices, locates trouble, dismantles parts.
• Repairs and maintains equipment per diagrams, manuals using hand and power tools.
• Relpace parts and install functional/structural parts.
• May operate lathe, drill press, grinder for parts.
• Ensure compliance with quality/ISO and OSHA standards.
• Apply electrical knowledge to test equipment and controls circuitry.
• Assemble and test motor control devices, swtich panels, transformers, solenoids, etc.
• Diagnose causes of malfunction and perform preventative maintenance.
• Must have lock out tag out training and train others.
