Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Overtime flexibility for projects and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with electrical (480v/240v/120v single- and 3-phase).
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience performing maintenance on PLC equipment preferred.
• Other related skills such as plumbing, carpentry, welding and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain production machines and facility equipment; perform routine maintenance per schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and perform unscheduled repairs to keep production running.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing.
• Complete mechanical elements of projects from corrective actions relating to safety and quality.
• Follow PPE guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Read and interpret manuals, work orders, and blueprints for repairs.
• Order parts and supplies under Maintenance Manager guidance.
• Coordinate routine facility maintenance with outside vendors under Maintenance Manager direction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
