Job summary

RESRG Automotive in Covington, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our plant on 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:50 PM–7:00 AM). You will perform planned and unplanned repairs, conduct PMs on plant equipment, and use CMMS for work orders to keep equipment reliable.

You will adhere to OSHA and site safety rules, work with a team focused on quality, productivity, and safety, and support environmental and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical breakdowns.
• Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical prints.
• Willing to work mandatory overtime as needed.
• Willing to work mandatory weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state and federal OSHA codes and regulations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
• Perform planned and unplanned repairs.
• Perform PMs on plant equipment.
• Utilize written and verbal communication to maintain proper communication.
• Maintain work orders in a CMMS (Maintenance Connection).
• Spare parts inventory activity.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
• Accept personal ownership of company, plant, and department goals for quality, productivity, and safety.
