Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our Georgia production lines running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, support preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

This third shift position from 11 PM to 7:30 AM requires no degree, offers competitive pay ($62,400–$70,720 per year), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in maintenance or related role.
• No degree required for entry-level candidates with relevant skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns on the plant floor.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Support SQF, Lean, RBS, and MOS programs.
• Use MP2 CMMS to track tasks.
