Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our production facilities running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of equipment and support ongoing improvements, reporting to the Maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role involves 3rd shift—Sunday through Thursday from 10 PM to 7 AM—with competitive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs.
• Install and remove equipment as needed.
• Support continuous improvement for reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnosing equipment issues and completing repairs.
• Repairing or replacing motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and other components.
• Installing and removing equipment as needed.
• Conducting equipment inspections and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ordering parts and supporting maintenance projects.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts to increase reliability and efficiency.
