Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician III for on-site work in Hobart, Indiana. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot machinery, and repair sheet metal fabrication equipment including lasers, press brakes, saws, and welding equipment.

Responsibilities include completing work orders in CMMS, wiring troubleshooting (110V–480V), and coordinating maintenance with managers. Requires a HS diploma and trade certification or 5 years experience; on-site nights with OT and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year certification from a trade school and/or 5 years of industrial electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in accordance with Safety and OSHA requirements.
• Complete work orders promptly in CMMS.
• Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and make repairs.
• Install new or purchased equipment.
• Provide information for replacement parts.
• Assist in inspections of building systems and environmental compliance
• On-call for emergency repairs as necessary
