Maintenance Technician I (Night Shift) at Shoals Technologies Group, LLC in Muscle Shoals, AL is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of plant machinery. The role involves preventative maintenance, electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and collaboration with other departments to minimize downtime.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance.
• Assist in preventative/predictive maintenance on wire processing equipment, injection molding machines, and other plant equipment.
• Conduct general repairs and part swaps (belts, hoses, o-rings, seals, lubrication, filters).
• Conduct basic electrical repairs under supervision.
• Assist with machine adjustments such as pressure and alignment for key components.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems under supervision.
• Assist in maintenance projects to support production and safety initiatives.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly maintenance area and document work orders.
