Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions in Tunnel City, WI is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Tech III to ensure safe, reliable operation of the plant. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all on-site equipment, support continuous improvement, and uphold stringent safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, electrical troubleshooting skills, welding and fabrication abilities, and the ability to read manuals and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Must wear a respirator and other required PPE.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Training in industrial electricity & troubleshooting electrical control circuits
• Training in replacing and troubleshooting electrical motors
• Training in welding and metal fabrication
• Training in industrial fluid power and pumping systems
• Training in mechanical drives & power transmission
• Previous experience in mining operations (preferably sand)
• Previous experience in a maintenance role (at least two years)
• Reading manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and deliver targets
• Commitment to safety with risk management experience

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all on-site equipment.
• Fabricate new equipment or repair components for plant machinery.
• Cut and weld components as needed.
• Install electrical components and complete wiring work.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the plant.
• Proactively manage equipment to meet availability and reliability targets.
• Assist in planning maintenance tasks.
