Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to ensure optimal operation of plant equipment in our Alabama manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wire processing and related machinery, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 1–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a technical certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance area.
• Document work orders and coordinate with production and safety initiatives.
