Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read manuals
• Good communication and teamwork
• Ability to work under time constraints and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and adjust equipment
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance
• Communicate with shift team on operations and issues
• Adhere to ADM safety, environmental, food quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and PPE compliance
• Read technical manuals/blueprints to understand equipment
• Locate sources of problems using diagnostics
• Contribute to team efforts across the plant
