Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 2–3 years of maintenance/mechanical repairs experience
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (HiLo, crane, manlift)
• Read blueprints and technical docs

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to high efficiency standards
• Support continuous improvement projects
• Follow ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 procedures
• Maintain building facilities and systems
• Maintain production equipment and grounds
• Assist maintenance manager with duties
