Job summary

DSM Nutritional Products in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am) to maintain and troubleshoot process equipment, ensure safety and compliance, and document work in CMMS. The role requires 10 years of mechanical maintenance experience in chemical/food/pharma, GMP exposure, and strong reading/writing of procedures; knowledge of CMMS, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 10 years of mechanical maintenance experience in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in GMP environments and at heights.
• Proficient with CMMS, Word and Excel; able to read and interpret technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install and troubleshoot process equipment systems (pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, tanks, reactors, piping, valves).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per diagrams and manuals; troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Document all field maintenance and ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper work-order closure in CMMS.
• Comply with safety, GMP and environmental procedures; perform tasks at height when required.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and participate in workshops.
