Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment
• Execute hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs per work orders
• Perform routine maintenance around the building
• Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore water fixtures
• Address low-voltage electrical issues
• Perform hazardous communication audits and address safety hazards
