Job summary

TH Foods, Inc. in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical/electronic production equipment and to perform scheduled maintenance. The role uses a CMMS to document repairs and track maintenance data.

Candidates should have prior manufacturing maintenance experience, read manuals/blueprints, and perform basic math. Flexibility for weekend and extended shifts is required to support production needs in a food processing

Qualifications

Prior manufacturing maintenance experience is required. Preferably in a food or pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints and instructions in a timely manner.
Must be able to perform basic math calculations and measurements.

Responsibilities

Obtains maintenance work orders from maintenance planner.
Responds to maintenance machine repair calls when equipment is down.
Troubleshoots problems and repairs equipment as necessary.
Monitors equipment throughout production run to ensure operation is within process parameters.
Performs preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as necessary.
Communicates and works cooperatively with co-workers and operators to identify and correct machinery issues.
Enters maintenance and preventative maintenance records in a CMMS.
