Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Downers Grove, IL on the 3rd shift. The role focuses on keeping our facility safe, efficient, and reliable by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment in a food production environment.

You will work with maintenance, production, QA, and EHS teams, using SAP, Microsoft Office, and various tools; overtime may be required based on production schedules and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic electrical training or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, diagrams.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant production equipment using manuals and drawings.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control system issues.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems.
• Maintain boilers, HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, and building infrastructure.
• Use hand and power tools safely to diagnose and fix issues.
• Perform measurements, testing, and diagnostics to identify equipment problems.
• Interpret ladder logic and simple control circuits for troubleshooting.
