Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Sanitation Technician to disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment, report issues, and maintain sanitation standards. You will operate forklifts, move loads, and follow safety rules in a hot, wet manufacturing environment.

Requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of related experience; forklift certification preferred. Overtime may be required and total rewards include health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related industrial, sanitation, manufacturing, or equipment cleaning experience.
• Ability to disassemble/reassemble production equipment; mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Must obtain/maintain forklift certification and pass safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment per sanitation standards.
• Identify issues, document SAP work orders, and track equipment performance.
• Operate powered equipment, move loads up to 800 lbs, and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Support SQF/HACCP requirements and participate in continuous improvement.
