Job summary

Magretech in Bellevue, Ohio is hiring an Entry-Level Maintenance Worker to perform basic repairs of equipment, weld consumable items, and repair and rebuild pumps. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and communicate with production supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma and one year of maintenance/welding experience is preferred. Day-one benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, with 401(k) options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training offered.
• Related maintenance experience preferred.
• Welding experience (MIG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, and weld pipe and fittings according to drawings.
• Perform daily walk through and communicate with production supervisors.
• Use upkeep to track daily activities and create work orders.
• Repair of pumps including new motors, wiring, shafts, etc.
• Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Keep shop clean and organized.
• Complete work orders generated in upkeep and/or communicated by supervisors or managers.
