Job summary

Maker's Pride in McComb, Ohio is looking for a Maintenance Lead I responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and repairs. The successful candidate will collaborate with production leadership and maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and document work performed.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, familiarity with maintenance software, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Additional benefits include health insurance and a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience is required.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting up to 480V is desired.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform mechanical and electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure alignment for technicians.
• Troubleshoot and perform mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Plan, schedule, and execute Preventive Maintenance tasks.

Skills

Mechanical repairs on processing equipment

Electrical knowledge including AC/DC circuits

Read and interpret electrical schematics

Fabrication with TIG, MIG welders

Practical problem solving

Education

1–3 years minimum in a leadership role

3–7 years related work experience (food industry a plus)

Tools

MS Office (Outlook and Excel)

CMMS systems such as EAM, MVP
