Pregis LLC in Sussex, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment while improving reliability and uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, reads schematics, and can manage preventive maintenance, parts inventory, and documentation. Experience with PLCs and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and basic blueprints.
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and machine control systems.
• Strong computer skills and ability to maintain maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and support production machinery and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and machine control systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation.
• Manage and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory.
• Support fabrication, repair, and modification of tooling, fixtures, and equipment components.
• Assist with training and cross-training of maintenance and production team members.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures and policies.
