Job summary

Pregis is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to keep our packaging equipment and utility systems running smoothly on the 7PM-7AM shift. You will perform planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, and uphold safety protocols.

You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, document work orders in CMMS, and collaborate across teams to minimize downtime while following SOPs and GMP standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience maintaining production equipment and utility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC and AC/DC drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment and utilities.
• Troubleshoot PLC and AC/DC drive systems.
• On-call for emergency repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance and review SPC data.
• Document work orders in CMMS.
• Communicate issues to other departments and supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
