Pregis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) to support our Sussex manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment while maximizing reliability, efficiency, and uptime.

This role suits individuals with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoy solving complex equipment challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills; ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and machine control systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and support production machinery and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and machine control systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation.
• Manage and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory.
• Support fabrication, repair, and modification of tooling, fixtures, and equipment components.
• Assist with training and cross-training of maintenance and production team members.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures and policies.
