Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our automotive manufacturing team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair machinery, install new production equipment, and help create maintenance procedures based on machine knowledge.

Starting pay is $29.00 per hour DOE, plus a $1.00 shift premium for off shifts. This full-time role offers a climate-controlled environment with benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty machinery.
• Install new production equipment.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures based on machine knowledge.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.
• Prepare maintenance reports and document trends.
