Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing recommended.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and service production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty machinery.
• Install new production equipment and maintain existing assets.
• Develop maintenance SOPs based on machine knowledge.
• Perform mechanical repairs and replace worn parts with appropriate tools.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify part dimensions.
• Work with CAD/CAM software for design or modification tasks.
• Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare maintenance reports and document trends.
• Prioritize daily work orders and support lean initiatives.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards.
