Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, install new machinery, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and CAD/CAM programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing production equipment and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with CAD/CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty machinery.
• Install new production equipment.
• Develop maintenance SOPs based on machine knowledge.
• Perform mechanical repairs and replace defective parts using tools.
• Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers to verify tolerances.
• Maintain equipment inventories and prepare maintenance reports.
