Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the AWS 3rd shift in Germantown, Wisconsin. The role requires performing maintenance on food processing equipment, documenting work in CMMS, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to meet safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment documentation.
• Proficiency with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and charting tools.
• Experience in maintenance and repair within food processing or a related industrial field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and diagnostic maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond to equipment trouble calls and resolve issues using structured troubleshooting.
• Maintain maintenance records in the CMMS and participate in shift handovers.
• Develop and document maintenance plans, including parts, tools, and frequency.
