Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage in Germantown, WI is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift (1:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation). You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on plant machinery including fillers, conveyors, robotics, and automation equipment to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Card or 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, ability to read mechanical prints, and

Qualifications

• Requires Journeyman Card or 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints, diagrams, and drawings.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and conveyors.
• Diagnose issues with fillers, packaging lines, and robotics.
• Maintain logs using the CMMS work order system.
