Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in food, process, or high-speed packaging.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with continuous improvement and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production staff performance and development.
• Create and maintain production schedules and staffing plans.
• Oversee production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and GMP standards.
