Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Assembly Plant Maintenance position for the 3rd shift. This hourly role supports TPM practices, collaborates with operations, and resolves equipment issues to maintain production flow.

The role requires an electromechanical background or equivalent, 1–3 years in manufacturing maintenance, and the ability to lift 35 pounds and stand all day. OSHA/ISO compliance and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; electromechanical degree or equivalent preferred.
• Journeyman certification or pursuit of certificate is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with LOTO procedures.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for at least 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support TPM practices and partner with departments to achieve goals.
• Track downtime, major/minor equipment issues, and follow up for resolution.
• Assist engineering with process controls including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute projects involving equipment moves, facility upgrades, and new equipment installations.
• Maintain inventory control of maintenance supplies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop proposals with cost/benefit analysis.
• Work independently towards general results and devise methods for unusual conditions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and environmental regulations.
• Perform structural, sheet metal, concrete, plumbing, electrical, welding, and related work.
• Maintain facilities (windows, doors, roofs, lighting, partitions, bins, racks, pallets, crates).
• Keep work area clean and safe; perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to plant safety policies and procedures.
